In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ekbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ekbet platform and its operating entity, accessible at ekbet.one.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ekbet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ekbet.one, through which the player accesses games, deposits funds, and manages their activity on the platform.
• "Platform" refers to the ekbet website at ekbet.one, including all pages, features, games, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Services" means all online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account as part of an ekbet promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to actual Philippine Peso (₱) amounts deposited by the player into their ekbet account using supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the ekbet Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and use the ekbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated under PAGCOR guidelines. ekbet strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to register or hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ekbet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ekbet or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gambling.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

By completing the registration process and creating an ekbet account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that all information provided is accurate and current.

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the ekbet Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ekbet account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.

ekbet will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ekbet that requests your password or other sensitive credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You may request the closure of your ekbet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms.

ekbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ekbet's discretion. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed on the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ekbet account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. ekbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: within 1–4 hours during business hours
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: 1–3 business days

ekbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

All transactions on the ekbet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ekbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

ekbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all ekbet bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• ekbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

All games available on the ekbet Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. ekbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

By placing a bet on the ekbet Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system.
• The outcome of all games is determined by the game software and, in the case of live casino games, by the physical actions of the live dealer. ekbet has no ability to influence outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's internal state at the time of the malfunction. ekbet's decision on the outcome in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ekbet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• ekbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.

For sports betting, additional rules apply to specific sports and bet types. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ekbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register while under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ekbet staff or other players through any communication channel
• Providing false or misleading information to ekbet at any time

ekbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We believe that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ekbet players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ekbet account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).

All content on the ekbet Platform — including but not limited to the ekbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ekbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use the ekbet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform

Any unauthorized use of ekbet's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ekbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ekbet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your ekbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ekbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform
• Any losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond ekbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government

ekbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ekbet collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.

ekbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

ekbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ekbet reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform
• Your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time
• Continued operation of your account would expose ekbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk

Upon termination for cause, ekbet reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your account. Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ekbet, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigations.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ekbet customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

ekbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ekbet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ekbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ekbet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ekbet operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
